Recuperative Beds
A safe, home-like place to recover after hospital discharge. Each resident has a comfortable bed, storage, and access to 24/7 staff support.
Peer Support
Residents support one another through shared gatherings, group check-ins, and lived-experience mentorship. No one recovers alone.
Health Monitoring
Medication reminders, vitals checks, wound care support, and coordination with nurses, doctors, and behavioral health teams.
Care Coordination
We connect residents to housing navigators, benefits specialists, VA services, mental health providers, and outpatient treatment.
Transition Planning
From day one we work toward a discharge plan: permanent housing, employment, treatment enrollment, or family reunification.

Lovely Sticks is intentionally mixed. We serve multiple populations under one roof because isolation is the enemy of recovery and community is its medicine.

Referrals
We accept referrals from hospitals, behavioral health clinics, VA case managers, social workers, and community organizations. If you or someone you know needs a recuperative bed, submit a referral and we will follow up.
